As an individual with a strong background in leadership positions, Dr. Todd Shupe was not hesitant to take on the role of quality manager at Eco Environmental. He joined in 2016, and shortly thereafter adapted a paper-sources filter manufacturer. Dr. Todd Shupe brought technical leadership to the job, allowing the company to improve production and eliminate waste. Todd utilized his familiarity with Six Sigma/DMAIC, as well as his Lean/Kaizen experience, to reach his achievements.
